SHIRT NINJA

The self-styled "Dark Avenger" of Rockingham. Very few people know the Shirt Ninja's true identity, and they themselves do not know of his persona.
Although he has displayed some proficiency at stealth and agility, it is not known if the Shirt Ninja is actually a real ninja, or simply a near psychotic vigilante

Jethro

The "Intellectual Thug" who rules the night-time streets of Rockingham's Palm Beach, Foreshore, and The Anchorage.
He has been known to force victims to participate in the now infamous "Spell or Die" contest.
Well read, highly educated, and artistic, he suffers the foolishness of his minions lightly.

Tank

Tank is Jethro's hulking brute of a minion. He earned his name through his ability to absorb even the hardest hits and still stay upright.
Tank is often used by Jethro for situations where delicacy is not an issue. He says very little and leaves most victims unable to walk or even breathe properly for a long time.

Macca

Jethro's main drug pusher and (Lack of) "Right Hand Man"
Smarter than many of Jethro's Thugs, he still has trouble communicating with his Boss. Carries around a large automatic pistol, although his accuracy is often questioned.
After having his hand chopped off by Shirt Ninja, his already strained association with Jethro was pushed to breaking point. He left the group and fled to Mandurah.
He was last seen carried away by the Mandurah Police in a bodybag.

Zac

A wisecracking smartass, Zac works for Jethro as an enforcer, his main task is to lean on local business under Jethro's "Protection". His fighting prowess is well documented as his mouth has a tendency to get him lots of practice.

The Recurring Victim

Nobody is exactly too sure who this poor sod is, but he is rumoured to be the unluckiest man alive. Many arent even too sure what he really looks like, due to the consant bruising on his face.
A classic example of "Wrong place, wrong time". Some people have grwon accustomed to seeing him andd have been known to run in a panic as far away from him as possible in case his lucky finally goes worse and a meteor falls on his head.

Not much has been seen of him lately, some believe that just maybe his luck finally got even worse.

Syd the Pyro

Anarchist and Explosives Technician for hire, Syd occassionally appears in Rockingham, typically leaving a smoking crater in his wake.

R.J. Fletcher

The flamboyant and outspoken entrepeneur R.J. Fletcher, inherited his vast fortunes from his Father, an unrepentant pastoralist who had pioneered the sub-division of pastoral stations. R.J. himself has moved into Rockingham with an eye to turn it into Australia's newest and flashiest casino resort.

T.J. Franklin

One of the new breed of businessmen, T.J is young, brash and incredibly good at making money. is investment and financial planning business, while small rakes in vast amounts of cash each year, which has led to him attracting the attentions of those less savoury business elements in the area.

Mr. Jenkins

Local businessman Mr. Jenkins has been a mainstay of the city's economy since it was only a small coastal village. A powerful voice in the community, he lately has come under suspicion due to his office building being completely obliterated in an explosion.

Many people are not aware of this, but Mr. Jenkins' fortunes aren't exactly built on a legal foundation. Mr Jenkins was the former Gang boss of Rockingham before being succeeded by his protege, Jethro.

Nowadays, Mr Jenkins operates the local paper, and tries to keep his dalliances with a long line of secretaries secret from his wife.

Mrs. Jenkins

To many (including her husband), Mrs Jenkins is the high-maintenance wife of one of Rockingham's most successful businessmen. Only a few people know her dark and dealy secret however.

Mrs Jenkins is in fact the ruthless Mistress of a large and professional organisation that controls Fremantle's Inner-City. Her crack squad of "Ladies" ensures that her wishes are enforced and her rule absolute.

Bingo Fontaine

The harried and henpecked senior Journalist of Rockingham's local paper, Bingo is a man on several missions. One of his missions is to establish enough of a name to leave Rockingham and move onto better things. His other mission is to finally expose the Shirt Ninja and have him brought to justice. So far, he has been unsuccessful in both endeavours.

Damien

Coming down from Perth, Damien leads a small band of vicious Goths that has begun terrorising Rockingham. Nobody is quite sure why yet, although rumours have begun to surface.
Damien himself is an unhinged induvidual, constantly referring to his victims as "Friends" or "Playthings". He is rather skilled with throwing knives and well spoken.

Damien is now dead, a punishment for using measures considerd "too extreme" by his employer, Mr Fletcher. His successor, "The Voivode" has so far shown promise in getting the job done.

The Voivode

As the new leader of the Rockingham cell of "The Clans" The Voivode has many tasks assigned to him. His main priority of course is the ongoing contract with Mr Fletcher, threatening and forcing local business and government to approve the mad-mogul's projects.

Little is known of the Voivode before he appeared in Rockingham with Sephinroth. It is known that he was formerly a member of the Fremantle Cell and came down when Damien was murdered

Nobody has seen him fight yet, it is unknown if he even can, but true to all Clan Leaders, his rule is absolute and his minions follow him without question.

Missi

As Damien's former "pet", Missi was set to become the new leader of the Rockingham Clan upon his death. Althoguh she tried to keep things professional, her feelings for her former master ran too deep, and her grief led to her losing the leadership position to "The Voivode".

Impulsive, vicious and reckless, Missi enjoys random acts of senseless cruelty and her skill with throwing knives surpasses even her mentor Damien.

Sephinroth

"Emo Rage" is often the term used to describe Spehinroth's outlook on life. Although not techincally "Goth" he has been considered an honourary member of the Clans for his brutal manner in dealing with his emotions. Every bone he breaks, every throat he cuts is a physical embodyment of his own introspective depression.

Although quick to anger and hard to control, Sephinroth is considered by many to be the mediator of the group.

Syd the Pyro

After setting up the bomb that led to the destruction of Mr Jenkins' office, and the subsequent death of Damien, Syd wisely left the state for a while heading east to "Lay Low". During his tenure there, he became affiliated with, and then a member of the clans. He has now returned to Rockingham and joined The Voivode's group. Although he is still cagey about his past, it is known that his father was a former member of the Russian Special Forces before becoming a pathfinder for the Russian Mafia into Australia.

Artemis

The girl who would be named Artemis was a local Art student and the long-suffering former girlfriend of the Recurring Victim. After being present at his brutal execution at the hands of Jethro (Where he blamed her right up until his death for his misfortune) something in her snapped. She soon found that the only way she could stop feeling dead inside was the thrill of the hunt, and the satisfaction of a gruesome kill...

Although technically not a member of the Voivode's Clan, Artemis has been allowed by him to join in as she seeks bloody and painful ravange against Jethro.
